You should have at least 6 months of gym experience and be familiar with lifting. If you are a complete beginner, head on over to Lift Foundations. This is a beginner friendly program that prepares you for The Lift Method.

This is a group program with the option to receive form feedback—not a 1:1 coaching program. If you’re dealing with chronic pain, movement dysfunction, or need personal support, apply here for 1:1 training!

Access to a basic gym setup with barbell, dumbbells, cables, bands, med balls etc.

This isn’t a full nutrition program. The Lift Method teaches nutrition through real-life guidance and basic principles—not strict tracking or macro obsession.

If you’re new to the gym or don’t yet have 6 months of lifting experience, you’ll want to start with Lift Foundations.
